由濟南防水公司得出結論認為漏水原因主要有以下幾點：
 
1.屋面卷材防水施工存在缺陷，卷材在伸縮縫翻邊位置搭接，搭接位置不當；

2.設計原因伸縮縫翻邊二次澆注，混凝土接縫處容易滲水；

3.排煙管在屋面施工完成后安裝，在屋面樓板上鑿洞破壞了原有防水層，且補洞時未做 防水處理；
